About Us

Vivian F. Roz is the Founder and Managing Member of the Company.  She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey. She has over twenty years of taxation, accounting, and auditing experience.

Before creating her own company, Vivian was a Partner of A. F. Paredes & Co., CPAs, LLP, a public accounting firm based in New York and New Jersey.  Serving the firm for over twenty years, she gained her expertise in taxation and audits of several government-funded entities and not-for-profit organizations. For over 10 years, she was also a State Auditor of the Commission on Audit, a constitutional commission of the Republic of the Philippines.

Vivian is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), National Council of Philippine, American and Canadian Accountants (NCPACA) and Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF). She previously served as President of the Somerville Metro Lions Club in New Jersey, President of the Association of Filipino-American Accountants in New Jersey, Executive Secretary of NCPACA, Governor of the Board of Councilors of NCPACA, District Treasurer of Lions Club MD16 (New Jersey), and Trustee of Lions Club MD16 Charitable Foundation.  She is a recipient of various awards and recognitions for her academic and professional achievements including the Melvin Jones Fellow Award given by LCIF for dedicated humanitarian services.
